Turbulence Training

Author: Jeff Adams

Turbulence training has been considered as the most effective
fat loss training system in the world today and it works faster
and more effectively than any other Fat loss program. Turbulence
Training is the ultimate workout system developed by Men's
Fitness Training Adviser, Craig Ballantyne. This program helps
you to lose fat, gain muscles and still maintain a lean body
with a minimum workout of less than an hour 3 to 4 times a week.
Turbulence Training is a proven way to melt fat faster, while
protecting your skillfully developed muscles.

Turbulence training promotes a significant reduction in body fat
and an increase in energy levels over a period 4 weeks in
association with a proper diet plan. It is a program which
demands a lot of energy which may allow you to have more
strength than you had before the fat loss program. Turbulence
training focuses on the burning of carbohydrates to fat, inorder
to burn more calories after the workout is over. Turbulence
Training focuses on resistance training and interval training.
Both of these use carbohydrate as the main source of energy.

So it's obvious the workout is designed to burn carbohydrates
during the training session. Turbulence training program's
post-exercise burning of carbohydrates attribute to the
principle of anaerobic exercise. Therefore, when you exercise
with intervals and heavy resistance training, your body uses
more calories in the hours after exercise than it would if you
did traditional cardio and lifted lighter weights. The heavy
resistance helps in promoting protein yield and an enhanced body
composition.

Turbulence Training also helps women maintain an attractive
feminine physique. It helps you to lose fat, gain muscle,
sustain weight loss and say good-bye to your love handles
forever. Recent studies have revealed that, all fitness models,
body builders and athletes and even common people should include
high intensity resistance and interval training for fat loss and
muscle development. Exercise intensity is the determining factor
for post-exercise energy expenditure and fat loss success. But
interval training is more effective for burning body fat and
maintaining muscle mass than regular cardio.

Turbulence Training is a structured routine that allows you to
get the most results in the least amount of time indifferent of
your goals. This fat loss program induces a metabolic
disturbance in the body which occurs from muscle damage invoked
by intense interval and resistance training creating a potent
stimulus for fat loss and muscle growth. Thus burning more
calories and fat, developing a better metabolic body condition
and gaining enough muscles compared to any other Weight loss
program.

I Hate Diets Approach to Weight Loss

Author: Jeff Adams

The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES
1999-2002 survey) determined that approximately 65% of the U.S.
adult population was either obese or overweight. This survey
also indicated that an estimated 16% of children between the
ages of 6 and 19 years are overweight. And, there is no doubt
that obesity is on the rise in our country!

Why the upwards trend in obesity? As most of us are aware,
Americans have fallen prey to high-fat, high-sugar, high-calorie
diets (common in fast food restaurants). We're typically eating
way-y-y more calories each day than we need for our lifestyles!
(But, oh! Those 'comfort' foods sure taste good and temporarily
soothe our psyches, don't they?!)

Let's face it, though! If we constantly consume more calories
than we burn, most likely we'll eventually put on some extra
weight!

Ironically, Americans often go through spurts of trying one fad
diet after another or starting an exercise regimen, only to get
bored with it and quit after only a few weeks or so. We refer to
a 'fitness craze.' Do we call it a 'craze' because we get so
hyped up about it one minute, pour all our efforts into losing
weight and getting into shape...yet, soon, throw our hands up in
the air in defeat?

The U.S. has become a sedentary society...and, that's a big
contributor to the weight problems many of us have. When you
combine the common American diet with sitting around endlessly
on our derrieres, it's no wonder that obesity is on the rise!

Unfortunately, Americans want a quick fix for everything that
seems to be wrong in our lives. Being overweight is no
exception. We want to find some miracle diet or supplement that
will make those extra pounds magically fall off overnight! But,
face it! That is NOT going to happen--at least, not anytime
soon! So, for now, we must accept our own responsibility for
doing what it takes to lose weight and get in shape!

Fad diets may help you initially drop some pounds in a short
period of time. However, most of that is just water weight and
is usually gained back (and, then some) just as quickly! If
you're serious about losing FAT and keeping it off, then you
need to make some serious lifestyle changes!

I recommend a common sense approach to weight loss:

# Consult with your healthcare professional before beginning any
exercise or weight loss program # Set realistic goals # Develop
a healthy plan to help you achieve your goals (i.e. focus on
eating a balanced, healthy diet and getting some sort of regular
exercise) # Get started and stick with it!

Note: if you fall behind on your workouts or blow your diet
occasionally, do NOT get disheartened! Merely refocus and start
over again the next day!

What should you eat? What kind of workouts should you do?

First of all, I encourage you to plan your diet based on the
USDA's Food Pyramid. The human body needs foods from every food
group! I DO, however, suggest that you keep your intake of
processed foods, simple carbohydrates, and saturated fats to a
minimum.

Simple carbohydrates include sucrose, lactose, maltose, glucose,
and fructose sugars. These are nutritionally lacking and full of
'empty calories.' If you wish to avoid carbohydrates, these are
the carbohydrates to stay away from!

DO eat plenty of complex carbohydrates--those carbs found in
fruits, vegetables, whole-grain breads, and cereals. These are
good carbohydrates, and they provide nutrients that are
essential for good health. Complex carbohydrates have been
associated with a low incidence of lung, colon, esophagus, and
stomach cancer. They may also decrease your risk of heart
disease, diabetes mellitus, diverticulosis, hypertension, and
gallstones.

Despite what you may have heard about including fat in your
diet, we actually NEED certain fats to keep our bodies
functioning properly. Just remember that it is the saturated
fats--fats that come primarily from animals (red meats, eggs,
and dairy products), as well as from certain plants (such as
coconut and palm oils)--that should be eaten in moderation.

Eating excessive amounts of saturated fats over a period of time
has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease and cancer
of the breast, prostate, and colon.

On the other hand, unsaturated fats are thought to be less
likely associated with cardiovascular disease, cancer, and
obesity. Unsaturated fats include monounsaturated fats and
polyunsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats are primarily
vegetable derivatives. Included among these fats are peanut oil,
canola oil, and olive oil. Polyunsaturated fats include some
fats from vegetable sources, as well as fats derived from fish.
Among polyunsaturated fats are safflower and corn oils. These
provide Omega-6 fats. We get Omega-3 fats from fish sources.

Some fat in your diet is necessary for optimal health.
Unsaturated fats are believed to protect the body against
certain types of cancer, as well as heart disease. These fats
may also aid in memory function, protect against other diseases,
and help keep the metabolism functioning properly.

The point I'd like to stress is that you should never completely
eliminate any food group from your diet! To do so could have
dire consequences, such as the development of anemia or
osteoporosis. Include foods in your daily diet from each food
group, but keep an eye on those portion sizes! To lose weight,
you need to cut back on calories.

In addition to eating properly, a regular exercise program can
greatly help you shed those extra pounds and is essential to
good overall fitness. Exercise improves your metabolism and
increases the number of calories your body burns each day, which
is necessary for weight loss. And, regular exercise improves
your cardiovascular fitness, your flexibility, your endurance,
and your balance.

The type of exercise you do is up to you. If you get the 'go
ahead' from your doctor or nurse practitioner, you should begin
slowly and work up to a minimum of 20-minute cardiovascular
workouts, three times per week. Strength training and
flexibility exercises are important, too. Try out different
exercises to find those you enjoy the most. If you enjoy what
you're doing, you'll more likely continue doing it on a regular
basis.

A 6-Step Plan To Achieving A Healthy Weight...Forever!

Despite the current interest in fitness and the explosion of new
ways to consume energy drinks and exercise, Americans are still
gaining weight. With all the knowledge we are armed with, we are
nonetheless eating 25% more than in 1960 and our activity level
has decreased by 25%. The obesity rate has increased to an
alarming 62%, and it all boils down to lifestyle.

Obesity has no specific symptoms. Eating an unhealthy diet does
not give you "instant feedback" as to what your diet is doing to
your body. To add insult to injury, poor diets today co-exist
with a sedentary lifestyle we did not have the luxury of living
40 years ago. Choosing the drive-thru window to purchase a
super-size McDonalds meal sums it up quite nicely.

If being overweight isn't enough of a challenge, what's worse is
it increases your risk of developing high cholesterol, high
blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, osteo-arthritis, cancer and a
plethora of other diseases. Is being lazy and always making your
food choice based on what's yummy really worth this decrease in
the quality of living?

If you are part of the obesity epidemic and are sick and tired
of being overweight, all you need to do is make a few lifestyle
changes to get back on the road to good health. Weight loss is
just the beginning, and the road is long, but the rewards of
living healthy make the journey worthwhile in more ways than
one. Here are 6 steps to achieving a healthy weight and keeping
it for life.

Step 1 - Determine Your Healthy Weight Not everyone is built the
same, so therefore not everyone can look the same. The rate at
which people lose weight also varies. Find your numbers on a BMI
(Body Mass Index) and use that as a starting point to determine
your goals.

Step 2 - Set Realistic Goals Losing weight, while enhancing your
health is a gradual process. Forget about the person you saw in
the magazine who had the body you wanted. Reaching for your
first small goals is much more productive than worrying about
how you will eventually look. Women should plan to lose 1-2
pounds per week, while men should plan to lose 2-3 pounds per
week.

Step 3 - Forget About The Scale You will lose inches faster than
pounds, which is the true measure of decreased body fat. Muscle
weighs more than fat, but is denser, so it takes up less space.
Weight and measure once a week, preferably at the same time of
day. Too many people get hung up on weighing themselves every
single day. They get discouraged easily and they quit.

Step 4 - Find A Healthy Weight Loss Program Direct-selling
companies, provide an array of meal replacements, healthy
snacks, and herbal accelerators that you cannot find in a store.
The distributors with these companies provide the support needed
to help you believe in yourself. Confidence is needed to change
eating habits and lose weight.

Step 5 - Follow Your Plan Without Excuses I lost 70 pounds in 3
months and have kept it off for over 15 years simply by
following a plan already laid out for me. I replaced 2 meals per
day with soy protein-based shakes, and ate healthy snacks 3-4
times per day. I never skipped breakfast but at the same time
did not make it a feast. I also drank 5-6 eight ounce glasses of
fresh water daily.

Step 6 - Expect To Slip Once In A While No one is perfect, and
changing your eating habits take s a lot of work and will power.
If it was easy, everyone would be thin and healthy. Allow
yourself to break from your routine every once in a while. This
is a lifestyle change, not punishment. When you slip and regret
it the next day, don't beat yourself up over it. Just get back
on your track.

Just because you have the option of living a lazy life doesn't
mean you have to choose it. If computers and televisions have
slowly replaced the short walks and bike rides around your
neighborhood that you once loved, by all means get back out
there.

Very few people were obese before the remote control was
invented. Think about it.

How Safe Liposuction Is

Author: Jeff Adams

If you are thinking of undertaking a liposuction, you are
probably asking yourself how safe it would be for you. In any
case, you had better bear a few things in mind. You have to be
informed about all the possible problems that may occur after
the operation. The fact that sounds amasing is how many people
had the operation done without knowing all the after-effects
liposuction may lead to.

If you are troubled whether liposuction is safe or not, look
carefully through the following points of interest.

1. Liposuction can be safe for you if you reveal all your
medical history, and the medical history of your parents to the
surgeon. Whether you have taken medications can also be vital as
information. You have to be as much informative as possible:
because that is the only way that your surgeon can decide
whether or not to undertake the operation.

2. The ability of the surgeon to assess whether or not
liposuction will be safe for your health is another big point.

3. Your safety depends also on the training and experience of
the surgeon, the skill of the surgical staff, the training of
the anesthesiologist and the quality of the aftercare taken by
the recovery staff.

4. Liposuction can be safe if there is a minimal incidence of
inherent risks occurring intraoperatively

5. There exists also the postoperative risk of deterioration.
After the operation, you have to stick to the exact directions
given by the medical staff. This stage of the operation depends
basically on your personal involvement in the recovery process.
It is up to you whether liposuction will be safe for your
health. If you strictly follow the post-operative protocol, you
minimize the risk of bad things happening.

Of course, no-one can say for sure if liposuction will be safe
in a concrete case. Nothing is known with precision until the
operation itself is accomplished. There is the tiniest
possibility that your liposuction be lethal for you: this risk
is reported to be 1 in 5,000. That makes 20 in 100,000 patients
dead after the operation. That happens mostly because of the
neglect of post-operative protocol from the patient and the
caring staff. Liposuction can be safe if appropriate care is
taken during recovery.

Patients should be carefully monitored to omit any negative
consequences.

Two diseases may occur after liposuction. The first one is
Pulmonary Thromboemboli-a blood clot to the lungs. The second
one is Fat Emboli- a fat in the blood vessels. To ensure that
liposuction goes safe, the patient need to do special exercise
after the operation. Medical staff supervises that he or she
doesn't sit or lie immobile for longer periods of time. These
complications may occur from 24 to 72 hours after the operation.
The patient should be kept in hospital for an overnight after
the operation to prevent the risk. Clotting can be prevented
using pneumatic compression "sleeves".

How safe liposuction is has become a many-dimensional problem.
There are other sides of the issue that haven't been explored
yet and may influence the safety of the patient. It is vital to
have a clear perspective of the problem as a whole before making
any decision for or against liposuction.

The Clock And The Mirror

Author: Jeff Adams

These two are the most deceptive devices we know. However, they
are here for humanity to 'overcome'.

Our mirrors show us the reflection of the reflection. The clock
is ticking away a time-line that does not exist.

When Genesis speaks of 6 days, it relates to us the importance
of ranking, or priorities, not of 'time' (one time in
appearance, vs. many times of appearances). Else, there is only
'THIS DAY', consistent of moments, or snap shots, whether we see
it as an eternity, a year, an hour, or thousands of years.

During every millisecond, what exists in the visible image of
the world flickers in and out, just like a pulse, and is willing
to arrange itself all renewed, or replenished around a focused
thought, at any given moment. This image of the physical world
includes the image we have of ourselves.

When we read everywhere around us that we are FAT, because we
eat the 'WRONG' foods, it is NOT TRUE.

In movies, we have seen ghosts appear as a transparent, more
silhouette-like shiny substance. When the ghosts, or Spirits in
these moving images eat, or drink, it goes right through them
and does NOT AFFECT the spiritual substance at all. It ends on
the ground, and does not stick with the shiny substance.

This is reality.

Nothing(!) we drink, eat, or smoke affects our spiritual
substance (Isaiah 54:17). Our Father made us from the DUST of
the earth. Where in that dust are 'fat', 'lean', 'vitamins', or
'enzymes'?

God is IMMEASURABLE, and CANNOT be dissected into His parts. He
is more than we will ever be able to fully comprehend, and the
sum of His parts is ever greater than what our scientists are
trying to tell us.

When we like to drink a lot of wine, we 'PRAY FOR A STRONG
LIVER'! That is the spirit of Purim, the feast where they dress
up in costumes, and empty larger wine bottles.

Do no longer be mislead! Your shape is untouchable by any
physical, or worldly influence. You are the individuated mind
that can RE-SHAPE yourself in any way you wish, for causation
power is exclusive to God's mind, the mind YOU command. This
replenishing includes your 'AGE' as well as your 'HEALTH'.

Begin from within by telling yourself that 'you are gorgeous,
wonderful, amazing and attractive' at any moment you look into
your mirrors. If you don't have the strength just yet, simply
remove all the mirrors, or go often to the OUTDOORS, where it's
easier to go within.

Cut out pictures of playgirls (-boys), or models, or famous
good-looking actors, like whom you want to be shaped. Then thank
God for making it so and behave as if you were like it.

During the ministry of Smith Wigglesworth, the most faithful
follower of Christ the world has ever seen, there was a young
woman who had a goiter on her neck (a large growth that cannot
be overlooked). When she was present at one of Wigglesworth's
sermons, she asked for a healing, which he usually performed
vicariously, from the pulpit, and very shortly.

The woman shouted out loud: "I am healed, thank you Jesus! I
know I am healed as of this moment!"

Every one present still saw the goiter clearly, but was happy
for her anyhow. Days, weeks, even moths begun passing, and those
around her lost faith in her and considered her completely
insane, when she stated upon their doubtful remarks and
questions, 'not to worry about her, for she was completely
normal now, as far as she was concerned'.

Her closest family members were extremely embarrassed, and
considered putting her out of sight for a while, when one
beautiful morning, as she descended from her upstairs bed room
to join them for a meal, her goiter had become invisible.

How long did she have to keep the faith until her bothersome
condition dis-appeared? 3 years.

Now, you know THAT it is possible. And it applies to all parts
of our image, gray hair, fat rolls, spots, scars, knots, as much
as new shapes of buttocks, hips, and legs, even the new
morphological looks of so-called inherited faces, including
profiles.

How do I know this? Because I have been inspired with the
understanding of it, from within.

The generation #42, according to Matthew (count down yourself in
the first book and find that Jesus is #41) is called the 'last'
generation. Why 'last' generation? When we realize that we can
re-shape everything about ourselves, and be eternally young, the
'GENERATION' of new beings has been concluded. We no longer need
to see a better 'tomorrow' through our children. We can form the
better 'tomorrow' right this moment, and for ourselves.

You can do it all on your own. Just believe, or BE the newly
shaped 27-year-old person, and leave the rest to Him, the one
who made us to be His legitimate children and to manage all His
power, so He can 'retire' in paternal pride over us.

Eating Fewer Ingredients Means Less Body Fat

Author: Bob Perry

If you're looking for a way to jack your fat-burning sky-high,
here's a great tip for you:

Focus on single ingredient meals, especially after 6:00pm.
Single ingredients means simple options for you and less
confusion in the long run. Seriously, what could easier than
picking one ingredient?

NOTE: This is not a long-term strategy, nor is it
something you should do every day. Aim for consuming 3-4 meals
per week at first that contain only one ingredient. I know at
first this can be difficult to adjust to, but if you just try it
and put it in action you will see that you will modify your
"wants" as much as you think you "need" to eat something.

Guess what ingredient that is?

PROTEIN

Eating hard proteins foods is a great way to get lean. You can
do this using animal or vegetarian based protein foods. The key
is one ingredient. Consume your normal meal's calories all in
protein. This will help elevate your thermogenic rate and
keep that fat burning. This is one of the best secrets that
everyone from bodybuilders to fitness models to actresses use
everyday.

If you select a second ingredient, select celery and lots of it.
Celery will fill you up and help expend even more calories in
the fat-burning process. Celery is like a bonus food that has
very little caloric intake and yet you burn calories digesting
it. Another secret I use is to drink big glasses of ice cold
water. This is great for two reasons. You get hydrated and
consume no calories and also the bonus of your body expending
energy (burning calories) to heat the water up as it moves
through your body.

Four Important Aspects In Dieting That You Should Know

Author: Janet Martin

There are countless diet programs out there. All of which are
designed to help you lose unwanted pounds and attain better
health. But it makes you wonder why despite all the diet plans
that sprout from every corner of the globe, obesity is still on
the rise. More and more people are still locked in battling the
bulge than fifty or sixty years ago. Statistics have shown that
around 40 million Americans suffer from obesity, while another
58 million are overweight.

When you look at it closer, the main reason why people fail to
stick to their diets is the failure to prepare for the hardships
that come with dieting. Some people even have the impression
that by merely buying books and videos of diet plans, weight
loss is already guaranteed. Well, nothing can be farther from
the truth. So, here are some tips on how you can make your diet
program more effective.

Fix Your Eyes On Your Goals

Realizing that you need to shed off unwanted pounds is a good
start on your way to attaining ideal weight and healthier body.
But definitely, realization will not decrease your weight. You
need to set a goal for yourself and stick to it. Your weight
loss process is basically a set of goals which you try to reach
for everyday. As a dieter, it is often wise to start off by
knowing how much weight you want to lose and before you know it,
you will be well on your way to attaining your target weight.

Avoid Plans That Promise Fast Solutions

Let's face it, you did not gain all those excess pounds in just
one day or in one seating. Reality will tell you that all the
flab in your body has been accumulated for months or even years.
Hence, there is no way that you can get rid of all those bulges
in one day or one week of using fancy weight loss plans even if
you diet or workout nonstop 24/7.

It's simple; never trust diet plans that promise you to attain
your ideal weight within a very short period. Weight loss
requires a lot of discipline and hard work. And if you really
want to maintain your ideal weight without jeopardizing your
overall health, you need a complete change in your lifestyle,
and that can definitely be difficult for many people.

Always Choose Healthy Alternatives

Why do you need to lose weight? For some, the main reason is
beauty and looks. But for many, losing weight is a matter of
improving health hand prolonging life. With this in mind, it
totally makes sense to always choose what is healthy for your
body even as you are losing weight.

Small things like increasing your intake of fruits and
vegetables. Or choosing to take the stairs rather than use the
elevator. By opting for healthier alternatives, you not only
lose weight, you also ensure the health of your body, which is
the most important aspect to consider.

More Heads Are Better Than One

As always, try to find strength in numbers. As mentioned
earlier, reaching for your weight loss goals can be very
difficult. That is why you should find partners or buddies who
will be with you along the way, inspiring you to always go the
extra mile on the treadmill while discouraging you from taking
another bite of fried chicken or decadent cake. Having your own
little team with the same goals of losing unwanted pounds can
definitely help you push yourself to achieve your ideal weight.

In the end, losing weight is all about never giving up. You need
to keep going, to always choose the healthier alternative. Apart
from diet programs and exercise regimens, you can jumpstart your
weight loss program with products that help suppress your
appetite and increase your metabolism, just like Phenocal. For
